Complete, print, sign and return it to the registrar, together with your deposit or full payment. No pre-registration is necessary to attend a Centering Prayer group meeting, although a call or e-mail to the facilitator will insure the group is meeting on the date you want to attend.
To request a partial scholarship for a Chicago Chapter events, please complete a scholarship request form and send it to Phil Jackson at phil@centeringprayer.org with the name of the event and the amount you requesting.
